The goal of this campaign was to position ADP Small Business Services as the leader in payroll processing. While traditional messaging in this category focuses almost exclusively on product features Milwaukee-based Nelson Schmidt’s creative solution was based on the insight that people work in order to do what they love; their paychecks make that possible. The photography captures the employees of ADP customers—nominated by the sales force—engaged in the activities they live for. The result is a compelling message reflecting the core emotions and tangible benefits that result from using ADP products and services. Campaign components include print and Web advertising, sales collateral and direct and e-mail marketing.
