Big Boss Brewing packaging
Packaging, Consumer
For the changes to Big Boss Brewing’s beer names and packaging, Durham, North Carolina agency McKinney took its inspiration from a mix of B-17 bomber nose art, crankcase gaskets and old power tools. Then the creative team got “really crazy” and used metallic ink on foil stock, die cut the hell out of the labels for good measure, and utilized traditionally unused space for hidden surprises. The end result is packaging that hopefully inspires curious consumers to seek out other Big Boss beers.
