Briggs & Riley is a family-owned luggage company that has been passed down through three generations. The company defined itself to ad agency Marty Weiss & Friends as a “sleeping giant” in the luggage market, with a group of brand loyalists who are nothing short of fanatical. The agency created a campaign to articulate the essence of Briggs & Riley’s highly distinctive brand, which was unveiled to the industry at the 2014 Travel Goods Association show in Phoenix. The tagline “Engineered for reality. Guaranteed for life” speaks to Briggs & Riley’s passion, innovation and craftsmanship, as well as the company’s belief that owning Briggs & Riley luggage makes you part of their family.
