ConAgra Foods internal campaign

When ConAgra Foods refreshed their company brand, its employees were considered a key audience. Nebraska-based Bailey Lauerman created a campaign that introduced the new logo, position line and colors and reminded employees that every ConAgra food is the object of someone’s affection. The goal was to help employees, especially those who work in offices and at headquarters, feel connected to the foods and feel a sense pride in the brand.
