Costa Sunglasses print ads
Print Ads, Consumer
For a new ad campaign for Costa, a Texas company that makes sunglasses designed for sports fisherman, Austin, Texas-based McGarrah Jessee created a series of popular game fish that look like fish that taxidermists mount on plaques—comprised of sunglasses components. They didn’t want it done in CGI or through elaborate, extensive retouching in post-production so the creative team turned to PropArt. The client wanted the images to tell the story so photographer Adrian Mueller gave each fish a custom lighting set-up; retouching was limited to color correction and fixing a few scratches on the lenses.
