Wise Jargon approached Bean Graphics (Greenwood, Indiana) with an idea for a new book (Point / Counter Point: Illegal Aliens & The American Way of Life) that required a compelling cover. They wanted an image that would pique people's curiosity but that would also convey the political nature of the content. While the concept could have gone in many cliched directions, the resulting design is only moderately-related to the subject matter. Nonetheless, it’s sure to be a standout on “bookstore” shelves.
