The Farmers Shed at Findlay Market ad campaign

Big believers in supporting local farmers markets, the creative team donated its time for this series of ads for a local farmers market located in downtown Cincinnati. Inspired by a series of century-old seed packets discovered at a flea market, the illustrations were hand-painted in Gouache and watercolor, then scanned and retouched with a Photoshop filter to emulate the original lithograph printing process. The headlines and copy—lighthearted in tone, dead-serious in strategy—drive home the very specific benefits of buying locally-grown produce.
