FRESH magazine Volume 4

Publications, Business

Four years ago, Seattle-based Armstrong Pitts Studios pitched FRESH magazine because they didn’t believe that a single image could convey Darigold’s commitment to delivering the highest quality dairy products. The client gave them total creative freedom to develop the concept. They chose the title to encompass Darigold’s brand philosophy and, from the start, prominently featured the real heroes of the company—the cows. In addition to shooting each volume cover-to-cover, the studio managed the entire process and assembled a team of designers and food writers as well as staffing a print production manager for accuracy on press. Work on Volume 5 has already begun as they continue to find new ways to tell the story of this Northwest farmer owned co-op.
