Headache City album cover/poster
Packaging, Entertainment
Using the title song's idiosyncratic, stuttering refrain “T-T-T-T-Tonite...” as the basis for a simple visual analogy of collaged typography, Superkonductor Chicago designed this silkscreen-printed cover for a 7-inch record by punk rock band, Headache City. And the whimsical poster illustration advertising a Chicago performance contains a fanciful metaphor for “headache city” through imagery of a beleaguered, hapless villain wandering a forlorn nighttime cityscape.
