Established in 1974, The Law Foundation of Ontario (LFO) is a grant-making organization that promotes justice for all Ontarians. For their latest annual report, Toronto-based Matter Strategic Design developed a color-coded, multibook approach titled “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Celebrating all that contributed to LFO’s achievements in 2010—the people, the ground-breaking initiatives, the fiscal prudence and its unwavering mission—it tells a powerful story of an organization that galvanized its diverse community and marshaled increasingly fewer resources to do even more for social justice.
