The assignment for Evanston, Illinois-based Jones was to create a campaign that was both true to Ireland and Kerrygold. After a week in The Emerald Isle, more than a couple stops at pubs and several hundred photos, the creative team came up with a campaign that speaks to the genuineness of a country with prime exports that include dairy products, beer and sarcasm.
