Breakthroughs in blood cancer research are arriving faster than ever—at 20 knots to be exact. For years, San Francisco Bay area sailing crews have been suiting up and braving the choppy waters and strong winds passing through the Golden Gate to raise money to defeat it. For this race, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society turned to GyroHSR San Francisco to help raise awareness. Through this print effort, that ran in local sailing publications, donations were up over 30 percent from last year.
