Motorola "Valley" TV spot

TV/Radio Commercials, Consumer

The latest spot for Ogilvy New York client Motorola  involves 400 extras careening down a hillside in the California desert to brand the Motorola CLIQ. Football players, cheerleaders, grandparents, a bride and an entire office cubicle (including two guys having a water cooler moment) are all part of the madness to brand the phone that corrals Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Picasa, GMail and MS Exchange into a single feed.

Chris Curry, Ogilvy, creative director; Lynn Roer, Ogilvy, director of moving images; Mark Davis, Ogilvy, associate creative director; Fredrik Bond, MJZ, director; Hoytevan Hoytema, MJZ, director of photography; Kathy Rhodes, MJZ, producer; Melissa Mapes, Ogilvy/Lisa Margulis, MJZ, executive producers; Tim Hardy, Cut + Run, editor; Travis Kopach, Cut + Run, assistant editor; Beth Fitzpatrick, Cut + Run, producer; Moving Picture Company, colorist; John Shea, Nice Shoes, online/conform editor; Moving Picture Company/Nice Shoes/Superfad, VFX; Keith Reynaud, Sound Lounge, mixer.
