Paperboy wine packaging

Packaging, Consumer

Paperboy is about as green as a wine bottle can get. It’s made out of compressed recycled paper and printed with natural inks. Inside the bottle, there is a recyclable sleeve, just like you’d find in a box of wine. But unlike boxed wines, these bottles are rigid and strong enough to be plunged in a bucket of ice for three hours. Producing Paperboy bottles requires a mere fifteen percent of the energy that it takes to make regular glass bottles, and they weigh only an ounce when empty, which saves a huge amount of energy in shipping.
