Texas-based Pizza Inn, Inc. operates 250 U.S. locations in 17 states, primarily in the southeast. In its first brand advertising (i.e., advertising not built around events or price promotions), Boulder-based TDA Advertising & Design uses family discord to set up the campaign tag line, “One thing any family can agree on.” The 30-second spot features dress-alike twins whose synchronized eating, says their dad, “was ok when you were kids, but now it’s just creepy.” Loud squabbling erupts but Pizza Inn pizza restores family civility.
