"Puppy Mills" print ad/poster

Print Ads, Public Service

Puppy mills are Draconian institutions with appalling conditions where female dogs are kept in captivity and forced to breed so that the owners can then sell their offspring to unwitting individuals and pet stores. At the end of their reproductive lives, the dogs are killed to make way for younger females. This horrific practice takes place across the U.S.; Wisconsin has a particularly egregious problem. Hales Corners, Wisconsin ad agency BELIEF created this print ad for the Wisconsin Humane Society to help put a stop to the vicious cycle.
