Riverfront Park real estate book
Publications, Consumer
The idea of living downtown, by choice, is foreign to the Colorado stereotype and, as a consequence, differentiating. However, the idea has benefited dramatically from gas price hikes and increasing concerns about reducing personal carbon footprints. Denver-based Cultivator Advertising & Design’s first work for new client East West Partners, helps sell residences in Riverfront Park, bordering Denver’s Lower Downtown (LoDo). The neighborhood of nine residential buildings range from three-story, single unit, detached townhomes to 389-unit, 23-floor glass apartment buildings—at prices from low $300,000 to over $3 million. The eclectic and playful brochure targeted both primary home buyers (suburbanites tired of mowing lawns and commuting) and second home buyers (ex-urban, mountain homeowners feeling isolated).
