Sprint "Blow It Up" cinema spot

TV/Radio Commercials, Consumer

San Francisco ad agency Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and bi-coastal film production company Caviar tapped into a simple truth about Hollywood for Sprint: Mobile phones are critical players in the rapid-fire power-brokering that occurs in the modern film-making process. An unforgettable experience in cinema requires endless phone calls between producers, directors and crew yet it only takes one little cell phone, inadvertently left on during a film, to destroy the show for everyone else. In this recent spot from the series, the team spent months perfecting the explosion of a national landmark—all in the service of a director’s ego.
