Buying a home is never easy. And it’s especially difficult when it isn’t built yet. Toren, (the Dutch word for tower) is an iconic residential condo designed by well known Brooklyn architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. This campaign, developed by CO-OP (New York, NY) positions the building as “a new angle on modern living” and connects with the audience on three levels: Design. Green. Brooklyn. The tease and launch tactic provided only a glimpse of the building to spark intrigue and anticipation; it wasn’t until launch that the name, the building and its amenities were revealed.
