Woolrich poster series

The mission was deceptively simple for Boston-based Mullen when creating this limited-edition poster series—to remind people that Woolrich is the original outdoor apparel company and has been making rugged clothes for outdoor adventure since 1830. The project started with a focus on the classic signature red and black patterned Woolrich blanket. Once the creative team saw the sheep, that was part of the original Woolrich logo, it had its inspiration and exactly the ingredients it needed to give a modern visual twist to an interesting icon. The result was the tongue-in-cheek posters with the iconic sheep as the hero.
