Simplifying, according to Seattle-based ad agency Lucid Incorporated, is easy to say but hard to do.

Duration: Five years.

Staff: Seven committed, creative, full-time staff and a small standing army of very talented people around the world that all feel like family.

Education: Yes, but we believe curiosity, creativity and some hard work will get you just about everywhere.

Cultural Influences: Most influences and inspiration are from the people and places we come across every day. Yep—that old cliche.

Environment: Lots of conversations about people, places and their stories. Lots of images, camera gear, flight cases, computers and books. KEXP and Isaac the dog. We travel a lot for our work (we've yet to work with a locally based client), so drinks together on Fridays, at 5 o'clock on the nose, whenever we can.

Philosophy: Simplify. (Easy to say, harder to do.)
