Duration: Three years as an illustrator a.k.a. "Mutt Ink." Staff: Just me, Jeremy Holmes, and my rep, Scott Hull. Education: I have a BA in graphic design from Philadelphia University, an MA in graphic design/illustration from Tyler School of Art and an unofficial BA degree in typography from SK Designworks. Cultural Influences: The physics behind Lothar Meggendorfer's work. The latch hookings of Frances Bobbitt. Lost Inventions. The city of Philadelphia. Chocolate Cake. And everything in between. Environment: I work out of the second floor of my 100-year-old bungalow in a room chock-full of weird angles, dilapidated treasures and shiny technology. When I'm not in my studio, I can be found perched atop an enormous boulder in the woods near by. Philosophy: Slow down and look up.
