Communication Arts will not accept the following as inserts: Undersized, odd-shaped, heavy (greater than 80 lb. cover or its equivalent), gatefolds, tip-ins, die-cuts, or inserts that are not printed on all sides. However, they may be considered as outserts which are quoted upon request.
