Designed by branding agency MiresBall and developed by Fusion Media, the new site for nonprofit art museum Lux Art Institute highlights its programs and its mission to exhibit art as well as the artistic process. The site design calls attention to Lux’s artist-in-residence programs, featuring profiles, interviews and galleries of all of Lux’s artists—past, present and future. The museum’s square brand logo ties the site’s design together from page to page, and a divided navigation system facilitates an easy browsing experience, directing interested visitors to check out the museum’s calendar and ways to help support the nonprofit’s efforts.
