Franklin Mountain Management wanted to bring a unique steakhouse to El Paso in the newly renovated Anson Mills building. This restaurant posed a challenge as it offers two distinct dining experiences—a bistro downstairs and fine dining upstairs—that share the same entrance. Design firm TunnelBravo was tasked with naming and branding the restaurant, including the identity, collateral, menus, uniforms, stationery, signage, packaging and website. The resulting design takes advantage of the building’s name as well as its namesake, an army officer who mapped and named the city El Paso.
