In developing a brand and a positioning strategy for the Sacramento, California, area brewery, Kevin Cantrell Studio tapped into Bent Shoe’s spirited belief in those who make the things we interact with, from determined architects to hard-working horse farriers to tireless restaurateurs. The comprehensive brand system that the Salt Lake City, Utah–based studio created, including custom lettering, the proprietary typeface Bent Shoe Serif, print collateral, digital applications, signage, advertising and packaging, rings with the steel of the American West.
