In an economic downturn, investors get anxious about their money. After a 40-year history of successful strategic investments, CWS Capital Partners wanted to communicate their vision and leadership in the business of real estate investment and management. They turned to Los Angeles-based Ramp Creative Design for an annual report that communicates how well the company has lead their investors through turbulent economies. The result, “Prepared,” focuses on principals, aims and methods through the visual language of a leadership field manual. In keeping with the theme, the small-format book was illustrated with handbook-style etching and bound with book tape.
