This integrated campaign from Griffin Archer and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science promoting “Chocolate: The Exhibition” is mouthwatering, to say the least. A teaser billboard slowly revealed exhibit details as its chocolate bar wrapper was peeled back over the course of a week. The print and online campaign awakened your deepest cravings through rich, indulgent photography. And the edible press kit included custom, branded chocolates and local wine. “Chocolate: The Exhibition” explored the history of chocolate from its earliest cultivation in the rainforest to its ubiquitous rise in the modern world. “Humans have been fascinated with chocolate for thousands of years. We wanted the advertising to tap into that obsession in a way that couldn’t be ignored. Literally—with eye candy,” said Amanda Bennett, director of marketing for the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The interactive exhibition featured more than 200 objects and highly detailed replicas.
