“With the introduction of a new brick veneer product, Eldorado Stone needed a product brochure that would showcase both the believability of their product and the character in each distinct profile,” said creative director David Conover. “By creating a campaign that invited viewers to ‘take a closer look,’ the brochure was able to engage the audience and stir curiosity. Blind debossing, half-gate folds and suggestive copy all aided in unveiling the product; large tri-tone spreads coupled with attention to distressed typography referenced the romantic, aged look of each brick texture, and the essence of this was captured using standard office equipment. Who knew that an old photocopier and obsolete fax machine could provide artwork that would help our client post record-numbers in opening sales?” 40 pages, plus short covers, 7 × 9, two spot inks, 4-color and full satin aqueous throughout.
