Seattle-based studio, Hornall Anderson Design Works, recently helped New York’s Eos Airlines launch their daily roundtrip transatlantic service. Included in the all-encompassing project was vision planning and naming, logo and identity design, airplane graphics and interior branded elements—pillows, headrests, blankets, flight attendant uniforms and aircraft signage placards—as well as corporate business papers, a Web site, trade show graphics, airport gate signage and press kit design. The ultimate goal was to create a sense of joy about travel, that begins the moment Eos’s passengers leave for the airport, rather than one that begins when they arrive at their destination.
