French & Company, a medium-sized construction firm in Louisville, Kentucky, wanted to target the people who have decided to stay where they are until the market stabilizes. Using oversized postcards, sent to residents in select neighborhoods, Two Guys Freelancing created bold visual messages touting their expertise, trustworthiness and turnaround in the remodeling business. Since the completion of the mailing, French & Co. has seen a 35 percent increase in bids.
