Background: Our objective was to send a message of hope and optimism to the world on behalf of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Reasoning: We’ve all had to rapidly adapt to this new reality, and we discovered this magical thing where people are finding really creative and beautiful ways to stay connected during this time of social distancing.
Challenges: There were many challenges: timing, working remotely and the production industry being mostly shut down. But everyone was committed to overcoming any obstacle standing in the way of the idea.
Favorite details: We love that the one-minute film “With Love, Jack” is framed as a beautiful letter from Jack Daniel’s to humanity.
Visual influences: We were inspired by all the real content people around the world were sharing with each other.
Time constraints: We think the time constraints helped us get to the purest expression of the idea.
