Based in Nantes, France, le lieu unique is a national cultural center for contemporary arts and music. Wanting to refresh its look, le lieu turned to London, United Kingdom-based creative agency Praline to do so. Collaborating with digital artist Jamie Raap on the marketing visuals for the 2017-2018 season, Praline created a surreal virtual landscape. The agency remade le lieu unique’s image as a modular system of building blocks with colors and strong typography. In addition, Praline designed le lieu’s new website. Not ending there, the rebranding will continue with the design of le lieu unique’s bar/club program and the creation of a visual for the Un autre Orient festival.
