London-based exporter Food Store International wanted to develop a London-themed product line of snacks for the Middle Eastern market. Developed in conjunction with design firm Adaptable, London Flavours offers a variety of flavored potato chips influenced by the culture of iconic locations around England’s capital city. A map of the city provides a stark white background to a splash of color, revealing a photograph of the location as well as evoking the flavoring contained within. Adaptable drew inspiration from London’s street and underground signs for the identity’s bold typography, furthering the visual connection to the city without relying on traditional cliché graphics.
