Assuring the Jefferson Legacy: The Site and Facilities Plan for Monticello is the culmination of a two-year process undertaken by The Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation and its architect, Cooper, Robertson & Partners,” said creative director Richard Poulin. “This 96-page, full-color, bound volume provides a comprehensive plan for the future growth of Monticello, including a site and facilities plan that establishes an appropriate and achievable framework for the foundation’s mission goals over the next ten years. The publication serves as a reference document for staff, consultants and government officials, and has also been designed to facilitate the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. The book’s format, layout, typography and color palette reference Jefferson’s approach to design and planning and was recognized by the American Association of Museums for Design Excellence in Publication Design.”
