A global law firm with over 1,000 attorneys, and based in San Francisco, Morrison & Foerster’s nickname is MOFO. This series of symbols, created by San Francisco-based Bob Dinetz Design, presented in the form of addition problems, is a quick way for the firm to communicate that it is made of opposing attributes, both beneficial to clients. The concept is used on the firm's Web site as well as in print applications. Online, the explanation to the “puzzle” is not revealed until the user rolls over the speech bubble on the left side.

Amazingly similar. The intelligence that technology leaders look for when seeking our IP assistance, or help with the bet-the-company litigation is quite like that exhibited by our lawyers developing novel financial products or offering methodologies.
