“The Ebeling Group (TEG) created this virtual car demo for Nissan’s new concept vehicle, the Pivo. The two-and-a-half minute promotional film graphically highlights the Pivo’s unique features, such as its egg-shaped, three- seater cabin that revolves 180° independent of the wheels, eliminating the need to reverse,” said Matt Tragesser, who, along with Adam Bluming, served as creative director on the film. “We opted for a pop-art, ‘instructional manual’ animation style not only to more clearly convey the car’s features to an international audience, but because it complemented the car’s clean lines and unconventional aesthetic. The film will be shown at Pivo launch events and automobile tradeshows worldwide in collaboration with TBWA Japan, and will screen on jumbo, high-def LED display monitors at 1,728mm × 7,680mm. It is currently traveling as part of a Nissan Pivo exhibit.”
