To capture the attention of both Latin American politicians and the general public, the 2:50 video “Planet Under Pressure” premiered at the Climate Change Conference in Lima, Peru, in December 2014. The video’s style is graphic, colorful and textured, while still maintaining a hand-drawn and organic feel. The film stays positive and bright to draw attention to the color and beauty of the rainforest, which is in such peril, and avoids depicting the more industrial or urban scenes as grey and lifeless. The entire video was made to feel vibrant and part of the same world.
