For their annual holiday self-promotion, the designers at Peggy Lauritsen Design Group (PLDG) wanted something with a longer-than-two-weeks shelf life that would also educate clients about the importance of design. Brainstorms netted this desk calendar concept. With only two design requirements: a common color palette throughout the piece and a small printing budget. Each designer was tasked with creating monthly artwork that incorporated statements on the importance of design. The result: a functional, self-promotional, year-round advocate for good design.
