A modern commercial complex developed by real estate company Emblem Capital, Quadra Towers offers office space and retail premises in Monterrey, Mexico. Design studio Savvy created an identity and brochure design that reflects the architecture and amenities of the building. A deep blue color added to the collateral’s color palette expresses futurism and efficiency, while a pragmatic icon forms the central element of the identity, embossed within the material. Futuristic typography describes the project’s main characteristics in a direct, immediate way to the viewer. Savvy modeled the brochure’s layout after the L-shape of the building, and it must be unfolded to be fully seen.
