Canada’s largest annual event for the communication design industry, RGD DesignThinkers held its 2015 conference in November of last year. For its identity and branding, Toronto-based design firm Overdrive Design Limited developed a visual theme focusing on the speakers and attendees converging in one place, inspiring and transforming through creativity and networking. The branding project extended to posters, bags, tags, brochures, postcards, T-shirts and signage, and Overdrive designed a website in conjunction with its campaign. An 8’ acrylic sculpture acts as the centerpiece of the branding, representing the converging of different opinions, backgrounds and talents in one location for an unforgettable event.
