Since 2000, Byte Level Research has been dedicated to the art and science of Web globalization and the belief that the Internet should be fully accessible to all people regardless of where they live or what language they speak. However, with more than 6,000 languages in use, succeeding globally requires a keen understanding of the languages of the world. The problem was how to raise awareness of the world’s diversity while also getting people excited to learn more. By playing off the classic Snelling eye chart, this poster is now used by companies to assist and inspire the globally myopic. Printed on 100# matte stock, it features characters from more than 25 languages—including Japanese, Icelandic, Russian, Hindi, Tamil, Tibetan and Thai.
