For their Autumn/Winter 2015 collection, menswear label Several; took inspiration from Chris Killip’s photographic series of a North Yorkshire fishing village called Skinningrove. The team blended this rugged working environment with the style of early ’80s youth subcultures. Setting a nautical theme, they combined Several;’s brand identity with the language of fishing knots diagrams to create a distinctive visual campaign across environmental graphics, invitations, installation pieces, branded give-aways and online correspondence. Several; tote bags featured the collection year individually hand painted in Safety Orange. Boat decals were also hand painted to add authenticity to the installation.
