Background: Architects make the impossible possible by helping bring our ideas to life in a safe way. They are also creative, realistic and ambitious. In order to reposition the Thalita Garcia Arq. brand, and have it speak and reach new audiences, we needed to create a new identity and positioning that was fully suited to the purpose and made to measure.
Reasoning: We needed to create a visual brand for architect Thalita Garcia that carries a contemporary structure as a way of representing a modern language, with a design typography has a subtle and intelligent front in the transmission of the act of measuring. With intentional cores, the entire graphic identity system is simplified to translate visual clarity within the architectural context. The result is a progressive brand, oriented towards practical and functional design, in a conversation between a modern, minimalist and contemporary visual identity that gives life to the brand, allowing its continuous and efficient implementation in different digital and offline environments.
The repositioning of the brand allows the architect Thalita Garcia to expand into new markets and consolidate herself as an industry leader, demonstrating her best talents and projects. A brand that was designed to reflect and expand the true purpose and ambitions of Thalita Garcia Arq. To the world.
Challenges: Translating the brand into a contemporary, modern language.
Favorite details: Developing the typography of the project is something I am very proud of. I’m in love with type, and this has been one of my favorite type projects so far.
Visual influences: Bauhaus and contemporary styles were the biggest inspirations in this project.
Time constraints: My client was super calm about the project. It was a joint effort; we developed a visual solution together.
Specific demands: Working on the project with the client made things easier. After studying about architecture and working with the brand, we realized that the relationship with our customers and architectural projects helped us discover the easiest solutions.
Anything new: In all projects I learn something new, and this was no different. Looking for references to develop the graphic pattern, which supports a brand, made me search in books and materials and learn more about contemporary architecture.
