In Auckland, New Zealand, nestled on the doorstep of Albert Park, a repurposed office building welcomes buyers. Soon to be transformed into an iconic building clothed in a contemporary exoskeleton, the office building is the bones of the International, a new, world-class offering of 88 luxury residences.

Also based in New Zealand and involved from the outset, Studio South created a complete brand identity and marketing package to assist in the promotion of the International. Heavily influenced by the earthy tones of the interiors, designed by interior architect Rufus Knight, and taking cues from 
luxury brands, it created an elegant and sophisticated identity perfectly suited to the target market of high-wealth, premium buyers. Endeavoring to sell all apartments off the building plans, Studio South designed, directed and managed numerous components to create a comprehensive array of printed and digital communications material. The studio also played a significant role in the spatial design of an apartment show suite.

The International has enjoyed an overwhelmingly positive response and a tremendous amount of interest from buyers, who are buying the apartments at a rapid pace.
