Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) offers an alternative to huge amounts of debt with few career opportunities: training and certification for jobs that are in demand. MATC has an 86 percent job-placement rate after graduation. Ad agency STIR was inspired by this narrative, and students turning professional sooner inspired this campaign's headline: Turn Pro Sooner. Posters feature graduates in their professional attire in iconic, sport-trading-card poses, adding swagger to the concept. The campaign led to increased enrollment at MATC.
