San Francisco design firm, Landscape, recently completed an identity update for one of the most sought after private construction companies on the West Coast. Since 1987, Van Acker Construction Associates has represented the intersection of design, development and execution through its ambitious and complex projects. The rebranding project included everything from formal identity elements to physical site signage and a responsive digital presence.
The logotype required a sophisticated, stable and conservative approach; the solution is a customized rectilinear serif that's structured, elegant and stands out clearly as premium when viewing it across the service landscape. The digital presence is succinct but functional across all devices. Over privacy concerns for its clientele, Van Acker’s portfolio focuses on architectural details; it not only circumvented the problem of divulging too much information about the locations of the buildings but also allowed the craftsmanship to take center stage.
Geyrhalter & Company’s redesign focuses on finding great deals while giving back to people.
