Zamora, Spain–based design firm Estudio de Diseño silk screen printed lunar calendars onto bottles of red wine created by the wine expert Kiko Calvo. The result is wine packaging elevated into a celestial record. Wine lovers can move a collar (attached to the neck of each bottle) around to set the date and a stick (attached to the collar) up and down to to set the month. The project, dubbed the Lunar Calendar 2017, ensures that every magnum-sized bottle of wine can be enjoyed as decoration long after its last drop has been tasted.
