Location: Hamburg, Germany

Duration: Three years.

Education: I studied web design and development at the SAE Institute Hamburg, but later realized I was more interested in 3-D artistry. I’m currently studying media management to gain the business skills that will help me open my own ad agency someday.

Cultural influences: I am strongly influenced by my creative, cross-cultural family. My Italian father is a master chef and restaurant owner and my Filipino mother has a passion for fashion.

Big break: The good fellows over at McCann India gave me free rein to visualize 3-D maps in my own style for the yatra.com campaign. The creative director loved my work so much that he forwarded my contacts to a number of other advertising agencies in Asia.

Work environment: I have my own little design studio in the beautiful but rainy city of Hamburg. Once a year I visit my families in Sicily and the Philippines, and I am always filled with fresh creative inspirations when I return from those small vacations.
