Duration: Three years.
Staff: Paul Gardner and Tony Sellman.
Education: Community college dropouts; Art Institute Minnesota; Minneapolis College of Art and Design continuing studies; people of the past and people of the future.
Cultural Influences: Everything around us: friends, music, film, books, public radio, food, mid-century architecture, furniture, printed ephemera. Stefan Sagmeister, for his incredible ability to remain himself, no matter what. Marcel Duchamp, for putting everyone in the art world in their place. Dan Deacon, for allowing us to let go.
Environment: A home studio filled with all the things we love.
Philosophy: 1. People are unpredictable. 2. Letting go is better than maintaining control. 3. Absolutely nothing good can come from overthinking things.
Australian photographer Alfonso Calero subtracts his images down to its purest elements.
